the Kid reminded me that it was Wednesday (b/c they have pizza at school on Wednesdays), and i was like “no, it’s Tuesday”. i told you i was tired!

i have been a little tired lately. i have a lot of projects waiting to be finished, and about half the energy to complete them.
the ones that involve the Kid come first. she and i have a project to finish up soon.
but then i have a few rants in line.
so, if i am light on blogging lately, that is why. i am tired.

in the events of the last few weeks the controversy of the feminist blogosphere could not escape my attention. it is on pretty much every blog i read almost daily. it has both snapped me to attention and overwhelmed me.

here is a quick video of the Kid’s school participating in Earth Day from KHNL News in Honolulu. Sadly, i was working (what is up w/ work? it gets in the way of all the fun stuff!), but at about :45 in you can see a quick glimpse of the Kid!
i can’t say enough how awesome this school is. in addition to excellent academics, they teach social responsibility and character education! this kind of thing just makes my heart swell. it’s no wonder the Kid never wants to leave at the end of the day!
